Certified Holistic Health Counselor

A commitment to lifestyle changes is my approach when counseling clients, as this is the key for balance of both our primary and secondary foods.

As a 30+ year advocate for health and wellness, I’ve made that commitment and work with men and women of all ages who are fully committed to lifestyles changes, as a way of helping them attain balance in their lives. I find that working with both men and women gives me an opportunity to see the differences as well as the similarities in both sexes that help us in our quest for balance.

The Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) was the catalyst for helping me increase my knowledge, becoming certified as a holistic health counselor and networking with like-minded professionals. I received my certificate from IIN in conjunction with Columbia University Teachers College. I am also a member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.

I like experimenting in the kitchen and have incorporated many of the food philosophies into my life from raw to cooked foods and conduct raw food preparation classes in addition to workshops and seminars on stress, sugar blues and cleansing.

I truly believe that food is medicine and have lived more than 30 years without prescription medications for healing the few illnesses that I’ve encountered.

The path to health and wellness is in all of us. Take the opportunity to make that commitment to lifestyle changes.
